"TransEuroCom" LLC as telecommunication Company was founded in June, 2004.

   The "TransEuroCom" had received the following licences for the fulfilment of telecommunications services from the Ministry of Communications and Information Tecnologies of Azerbaijan:

• License num. 146, from 05 september, 2011 - Telephony communication service;
• License num. 096, from 02 february, 2009 - Providing of Local and International telecommunication channels services.  

   "TransEuroCom" LLC - is the telecommunication operator of the:

• Fiber Optical Cable line established along  to the railway of the country over the  direction  Baku-Boyuk Kasik(border of Georgia) according to the TRACECA project ;
• Digital  ATE-s in Baku (ATE-499) and in Ganja (ATE-28)with the 10,000  subscribers capacity..

   SDH f-o cable line operated by “TransEuroCom”,  hereinafter have been connected to the below mentioned   international  networks:      

• "Trans-Asia-Europe" (TAE) in Tbilisi (Georgia);
• SDH f-o cable network of  "TurkTelekom" on the border of Georgia / Turkey;
• Submarine FO cable line Poti (Georgia) - Balchik (Bulgaria).
