On February 26, 1992, a bloody genocide was committed by Armenians against nearly 2,000 Azerbaijani civilians in the town of Khojaly in Karabakh. We pray to Allah for mercy upon the victims of this tragedy, including our fellow telecommunications colleagues who were among them.
